[Kamailio-Devel] 1.4.4 release preparation

Hi all,

it has been three months since the last minor release of the 1.4 branch. So i 
think that we should do a release here, as quite a bit of fixes have been 
accumulated.

I propose next wednesday as date for the release. Please do the backports of 
your fixes until the 25th march 14:00 UTC, that we can do the release in the 
afternoon.
