[Kamailio-Devel] Error in "make deb-etch" in trunk (rev 5703): "reverting patch 11_always_smp from ./ ... failed."

This makes modifies Makefile.defs in order to always assumme SMP and sets 
ISSMP=yes.

I've realized that the other debian patch also fails:

reverting patch 10_no_lib64_on_64_bits from ./ ... failed.

I've removed both from packaging/debian-etch/patches/00list, but why do they 
fail?
