[Kamailio-Devel] "make deb-etch" requires "libpurple-dev" but it doesn't exist in Debian Etch

Hi Iñaki,

i build it with the backports repository, so this was fine for me, given that 
this are no "official" debian packages anyway. If there are other opinions on 
this, i'll remove it.
