Welcome Alex, indeed it is the release with the biggest new features 
set, along with performance and security enhancements. Time was shorter 
than usual and besides dedicated development to kamailio (openser), many 
things happened in the http://sip-router.org project, creating the 
premises for a new major release based on sip-router in few months.
