Hi Olle, Hi Raúl,

coming back to this coding-style topic, one thing that is probably not handled 
consistently in this project is the default line length. I noticed that Olle 
changed that in the latest doxygen patch (from 80 chars to longer). How this 
is handled in asterisk?
