Hi Daniel,

yes, it seems that there is also another issue, if there are two parameters 
with the same name, only one of them is printed. But i think this is not a 
huge problem, as its not really useful to have e.g. twenty entries 
to "db_url" in the index.. I thought this can be easily fixed in the wiki, 
instead of trying to cope with every special case in the generator script.
