Summary: send in dialog sip request over uac module

Initial Comment:
At the time the uac module is only able to send sip requests that are out of dialog (MESSAGE, OPTIONS, ...). It would be a nice feature to be able to also send in dialog reqests with this module. Some additional headers are needed in the $uac_req pv (CSeq, Call-Id, ...). At time e.g. the call-id is set randomly.
