- save() allow a new flag: 0x04
- store and maintain one contact per AoR
- behavior:
	- if there is a record matching current contact, update it and remove all others
	- if no record, insert contact
	- if there are record for AoR but none matching current contact, remove all and insert a new contact
- this mode should be used if you want only one contact per user
