[Kamailio-Devel] tcp connection reuse for notify requests?

i made some tests and it looks like tcp connection that watcher
(subscriber) has to kamailio presence server is not re-used when
presence server is sends notify request to subscriber.  this is bad if
subscriber is behind firewall.

is there some reason for not reusing the connection?  is connection
reuse code somehow invite specific?
