Summary: Nathelper messes up SDP

Initial Comment:
Nathelper is making a mess of the SDP when force_rtp_proxy() is used. The CRLF string length is miscalculated resulting in \0's in the SDP.

Attached patch fixes this issue. Please apply to relevant branches.
