Hi,

it would be quite cool, if you could set a flag for a private DB-Connection rather than a connection from the pool. With latest Fetch-Support, i need this since i do nested operations (e.g. fetch 100 entries, then process them (which required DB-access), then fetch another 100 entries). Currently we do this by simply using different database access settings, which is ok, but it would be cool if i could just use the existing database user...

Hi Carsten,

can you add some more informations, why do you need to have a private
connection for this task? I guess you refer to the dialog module fetch
support, which i'm not that familiar with..
