[Kamailio-Devel] gflags module has disappeared without a trace

ok, i didn't know about that page.  when i have added entries to "New in
1.5.x" page, i have tried to include enough info for migration too.
looks like i need to repeat much of that on the migration page.  

do we really need these two pages or could they be integrated into a
single page?
