i checked perl module README and looks like perl module provides an api
to perl script writer that includes a long list of core and module
functions.  it also includes lcr module functions.

i see two solutions: re-implement serialize functions in perl module or
remove them.  

to me it does not sound a good idea to replicate lots of core and module
functions in perl api, because then each time a change is made in
kamailio core or modules, the corresponding changes need to be made in
perl module.

i don't have anything against, though, if bastian wants to track the
changes in perl module.
