[Kamailio-Devel] move lcr load_contacts/next_contacts to tm module

i moved  lcr load_contacts/next_contacts to tm module under names
serialize_branches/next_branches and removed corresponding core
functions.

another choice would have been to use current lcr names for the tm
functions.

i personally don't care, which names to use, but i would like to get the
work completed and move on to new stuff.  any comments?
