Summary: ldap module fails to compile on OpenBSD 4.3

Initial Comment:
Attached patch fixes the problem, which is that ldap headers and libs are in /usr/local on OpenBSD.

I didn't put the extra flags in a OpenBSD specific conditional because I noticed that some other modules include -I$(LOCALBASE)/include in DEFS and -L$(LOCALBASE)/lib in LIBS unconditionally, so that's what I did too. I hope that's okay.
