Hi Klaus,

from the homepage of the library:
"PCRE was originally written for the Exim MTA, but is now used by many 
high-profile open source projects, including Apache, PHP, KDE, Postfix, 
Analog, and Nmap."

I think that its then save to add this to the core depencies. I'll update next 
week the INSTALL file, and revert the addition of the lcr module to the 
module_exclude. Or there are any other opinions on this?
