the patch aims to extend the max number of branches per transaction (now 31). It needs to recompile the tm module

Hi,

i ported the patch to the actual trunk. I get this warning with this
patch:
mi.c: In function mi_tm_cancel:
mi.c:627: warning: passing argument 2 of cancel_uacs makes pointer
from integer without a cast                                                
                                  

At the moment there is a number of #ifdefs in this patch, this should be
reduced in order to get the patch merged. For reference:
