Summary: Segfault in dialog module

Initial Comment:
The dialog module segfaults because of a NULL pointer in the mi interface.

When calling dlg_list with only a callid as parameter, LM_DBG is called with a NULL pointer for the from_tag.

Attached patch fixes this.
