The date is fine. I will try to do as much as possible from the list I
committed on the devel irc meeting by the freezing date, but is not
something critical (mainly just code clean up for what I really want to
push in 1.4.0).

Dan just committed some fixes for the 1.3 I had in my log. I am fine
with the date for 1.3.2, too. I still have to re-check if I backported
all fixes I did in the last time, but they will be in place by the date.
