I think it's better to mail the list_name at openser.org
to annouce the domain migration, otherwise
the guy mail that URI still don't know the issue.

Hello,
a bit later than previously announced, all mailing lists hosted by
openser project work only with domain 'lists.openser.org', the
alternative available in the past ('openser.org') has been disabled. You
should get a mail delivery error if you use the old domain -- resend to
list_name at lists.openser.org
