Hello,
I have developed and documented a new feature for the module SMS.

I already shared it whit some SER´s users and it worked fine.

How do I share it with you?, i need a user for cvs?.

Feature description:

The SMS module may NO extract the URI from SMS body, supporting
compatibility backwards, configuring the URI in the new modems parameters
's' and 't'.

1.3. Exported Parameters

1.3.1. modems (string)

   The following parameters can be used:

     * s=scan (optional) - 0: NOT SCAN uri from body sms, use URI
                              in t=to.
                           1: SCAN uri from body sms (normal mode,
                              default mode, clasic mode)
                           2: SCAN MIX (both modes), First SCAN
     * t=to (optional) - uri for sip header TO - default is NULL.
