[OpenSER-Devel] 1.3.1 release, status?

Hi Henning,

 From my side, more or less, I'm done with the bugs I wanted to fix for 
1.3.1.

Are there any pending fixes for today?

Otherwise, we should start preparing the release - I need to be sure all 
commits are done before I start preparing the SVN tag.
