There are no openserctl commands to manipulate the 'globalblacklist' and 'userblacklist' tables.

I would rather see this as a bug.
Just like each module comes with documentation (README file), tools for
handling the associated db table(s) should be mandatory (if we want to keep
the project user friendly).
