[OpenSER-Devel] dp_translate error if no entries for given dpid

i got

Jun 24 22:38:50 test /usr/sbin/openser[9011]: ERROR:dialplan:dp_translate_f: no information available for dpid 2

when there were no entries for dpid 2.  in an application where
dp_translate is used to find out if uri users matches a user given list
of match_expressions, it is not an error if the user has not given any.

what is the best way to resolve this: add an argument to dp_translate
that tell if dpid list may be empty for this call or simply remove the
error message altogether?
