Summary: pua: add support for "conference" event

Initial Comment:
I'm working on presence module for conference focus and 
I use pua_mi to send PUBLISH to presence server.

Although I can add "conference" event (rfc4575) 
with pua_add_event, I still get errors when trying 
pua_publish.

This happens because all allowed event types are 
hardcoded in function get_event_flag from 
modules/pua/hash.h.

The attached patch adds support for "conference" event to
that function.
