- added new module paramter "disable_6xx_block" to controll the 6xx replies handling - if the RFC3261 should be respected (blocking serial forking after 6xx) or treate 6xx as standard negative reply (against the RFC3261)
  This option is really needed if you want to do call forwarding to voicemail or announcement or other user in case of failure
