the real issue behind openser generated infos is still not resolved.  as
i have said, there is no limit to the amount of all kind of info that
openser modules could generate.  some people may not want to see them
all when running openser at debug level 3.

one solution would be to use a new debug level that is greater than 3,
but less than 7, for openser generated infos and if modules generate
such infos, there would be a parameter to control if user wants to see
them.
