- new transformation: nameaddr
- return parts of a name-address structure
- the PV value should start with name-address
- components:
	- name - return the dispay name of the structure
	- uri - return the uri of the structure
	- len - return the lenght of the name-addr part in the value
- helpful to properly extract URI from headers that follow similar structure as To header
- the header parameters start from val + nameaddr.len
