[Kamailio-Devel] 1.4.0 release date

Sharing some thoughts, that perhaps others have.

I'm one of the guys that did zero commits over the last few months.
Work responsibilities (not lack of motivation) has taken alot of the
extra time that I used to have.

It's been disappointing to see the conflicts that have recently
happened. The project has made great progress in the past and is used
as a critical piece of infrastructure for many companies worldwide.

The loss of motivation by any of the core contributers to the project,
will surely hurt, and in my opinion should be looked at very seriously
in the decision making process. This raises the question: Is the
project mature enough with enough active core developers to continue
growing after the loss of one or more core developers ?

If there is anything I could do to help mend the fences, I would be
happy to. However, I think that any resolution, if possible, would be
for the effected parties to resolve their differences between themselves.

Regards,
Norm
