Summary: Load RR-paramater in avp

Initial Comment:
Instead of using the Record-Route parameters as Write-Only-Memory, it would be nice to be able to extract the parameters and its values into avp's.

I was thinking of two different interfaces:

1) an option for the 'rr' module and/or 'loose_route()' function to load all RR-parameters avp's automatically when 'loose_route()' is called.
The option would be formatted like the 'log_extra' option of the 'acc' module.

and/or

2) dedicated function to load a specific RR-parameter into a specific avp.
