[OpenSER-Devel] About sip uri check function

Hi All,

@ mark is given when there is no user part sip uri.
Is this bugg or specific?

For instance, compositions and messages details shown below.
This scenario is that the watcher subscribes the presentity state.

1.Presentity sends the OpenSER the PUBLISH request.
Presentity  -> OpenSER

2.Watcher sends OpenSER the SUBSCRIBE request.
OpenSER <- Watcher
To: alice at exapmle.com
From: server1.example.com

3.OpenSER sends watcher the NOTIFY response.
OpenSER -> Watcher
To: @server1.example.com(<- check point)
From: alice at example.com

I used OpenSER of version 1.3.1.
