Initial Comment:
The carrierroute module seems to be to verbose during init.

Also during the and call routing:
NOTICE:carrierroute:tree_route_uri: tree blah has id 2
INFO:carrierroute:get_route_tree_by_id: searching in carrier blah
INFO:carrierroute:carrier_rewrite_msg: uri DEST was rewritten to sip:DEST at IP

Also, some NOTICE logs are marked as ERROR logs:
ERROR:carrierroute:add_route_rule: no backed up rules

Fixed in svn, rev. 3573.
I've changed all informational startup messages to INFO.
Changed the NOTICE message during call routing to INFO and the tree and
route id msg to DEBUG.
