Summary: [CPL] Add "method_filtering" parameter

Initial Comment:
"registrar" module has a parameter called "method_filtering" so "lookup" function will success just if the contact supportes the actual method.

Unfortunatelly this feature is not possible into CPL when doing:
  <lookup source="registration">
so a registered contact will be found for MESSAGE even if it doesn't support MESSAGE.

It could be great a parameter "method_filtering" for CPL module.
