Thank you so much for the details. I delved into the code of seas last 
week and got success in registering my AS.
I exactly did what you have suggested now. Thanks so much.

I'm now at a stage that I now require to send some action on the Action 
Socket. I've looked into the Documentation of seas module and 
unfortunately it is quite outdated as far as the 1.3 version of openser is 
concerned specially with regard to Codification of Seas messages.

Anyways, I'm now sending action message and I'm currently stuck with it. 
Action (200 OK) gets succesfully delivered to OpenSER which parses it and 
does not send it to the client.

My scenario is as below:

My Action Message is as follows:

Length of Action Message:       343
Action Type:                    1
Flags ( 4bytes) :                       all zeros
Hash Index ( 4bytes):           taken as it is from codified INVITE 
message
Label( 4bytes):                 taken as it is from codified INVITE 
message

I assume it could be a problem with Flags? Please suggest.
