[OpenSER-Devel] append_to_reply from failure routes

Hi Adam,

It is quite complex to reply, but mainly is about the reply lump which 
do not work in failure route - there is some basic support for this in 
core, but it is not complete.
Also the append_to_reply() function has no support for this.
