Summary: Postgres DB Init not working

Initial Comment:
Hi, using 1.3.0, 1.3 SVN or trunk I am unable to create the postgres database and tables. Attached is the output when running ./openserdbctl create.
I am running postgres 8.1

The dialog table is not in the openser database.

I verified that dialog-create.sql in /usr/local/share/openser/postgres exists.

At one occasion I was able to pass creation of dialog, but it then stopped at "dispatcher" with similar errors.

The (uncommented) STANDARD_TABLES variable that was placed in the
openserctlrc file was not up to date.
So if you use postgres and remove the comments from this variable you
probably run into this error.
I've tested this, and could reproduce the script output you've attached on
my system.

I've commited a fix to svn trunk and 1.3 branch, could you please test
again?

Henning
