Summary: [MSILO] "use_contact" parameter does nothing

Initial Comment:
MSILO doc says:

1.3.10. use_contact (int)
Turns on/off the usage of the Contact address to send notification back to sender whose message is stored by MSILO.
 Default value is "1 (0 = off, 1 = on)".

But I can confirm that it does nothing in the notification MESSAGE generated by OpenSer.

I expected that with:
  modparam("msilo", "use_contact", 1)
the notification MESSAGE would have a RURI like:
  MESSAGE sip:sender at contact_sender

but it uses the sender "From" URI even if "use_contact" is 0 or 1.

Or maybe I haven't understood the aim of this parameter.

Sorry, the inittial MESSAGE didn't have "Contact" header (it's not
necessary since MESSAGE doesn't establish a dialog) so the use of "Contact"
as RURI in notification message is not possible.

I don't find a UAC sending the "Contact" header in a MESSAGE so I close
this report as invalid.
