i have given daniel more info about the problem (wireshark and debug
log).  according to the debug log, openser 1.3 (and most likely also
1.4) matches the ack as an

 > DBG:tm:t_lookup_request: e2e proxy ACK found 

whatever that means.  the end result anyway is that openser thinks that
it has NOT received an ack for the 200 ok that it itself generated based
on the response to t_write_unix invite that it got from sems, because it
keeps on resending the 200 ok.

before the patch, openser 1.3 matched this ack as "transaction found"
and was happy with it.

daniel tells that this part of the lookup process should only deal with
pre3261 transaction matching.
