[Kamailio-Devel] [CDRTool] "Next hop URI" should use "$du"

Well, AFAIK that filed is got from:

  Sip-Translated-Request-URI=$ruri;

so it's admin's responsability to use other pseudo-variable and store there 
$ru (or $du in case it's set).
Note that $du is not set if there is no NAT, "Path" or loose routing.
