Initial Comment:
if(has_body("application/sdp") && nat_uac_test("8")) fix_nated_sdp("11");

this simple line fails if contact does not include a RFC1918 IP address.

So, if contact includes a normal IP and SDP includes RFC1918 IPs, this test fails e SPD is not fixed.
