[Kamailio-Devel] preparing 1.4.0 release

Hello everybody,
migration documentation has just started at:
http://www.kamailio.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/install:1.3.x-to-1.4.0
Last part includes what is new in this release.
Please contribute to both parts missing details you are aware of. Thank you,
