[OpenSER-Devel] changelog?

i didn't find a changelog file where we could list things that have
changed from one version to another.  i think such a file would be
useful in order to avoid questions on the mailing lists on why something
that worked in version x does not work in version x+1.  if such a file
would exist, i would have listed there replacement of enum_fquery with
enum_pv_query.
