Hello,
the small patch fix the incomplete check of param no 1 and give a hint which values are allowed.
It's needed to be conform with RFC 3261 chapter 7.2 Responses (SIP/2.0 allows six values for the first digit: 
1xx to 6xx) it could help to save a lot of time after a typo error in the script ;-)
