Hi,

attached a patch, which allows reloading of the "classic"-dispatcher.list files during runtime without restarting the proxy (extension to the ds_reload functionality).
The changes are based on the database-reload functionalities in the dispatcher-module.
The patch is against the current trunk version of OpenSER.
