Hi,

short question:
Is there any reason, why ds_reload only works with the database backend
and not with the dispatcher.list file? 

If no, then i suggest we change the ds_reload function to also support
text-files as well (minor change).

I will do some testing today, and if everything is working i will upload
a patch to the tracker.
