thinking this pinging issue a bit more, if there is multiple sip proxies
behind a single LB, how would one select which proxy pings which ua?  it
would not be a good idea that every proxy pings every ua.  so i'm
starting to think that perhaps a separate pinger that Andreas suggested
(perhaps associated with LB) would be a better solution.
