Hi Juha,

i simply ported this table from the 1.2 openser setup script, 
http://openser.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/database:1.2.x#aliases

But the exact purpose of this table is unknown for me too. :-) Perhaps it was 
needed in a previous version of the server?
