Hi all,

i found a tiny issue with the dispatcher-probing mode:
You might have trouble disabling a system, when you have running transactions and you automatically set the destination into probing mode. Our administrator tried to disable a node; but due to the automatic setting to probing in the failure-route, it was always set to probing, when the Transaction timed out.
The attached patch will not allow to set a destination to probing-mode, when it's disabled.
