[OpenSER-Devel] debian packaging - etch vs. unstable

Hi Henning!

IMO it is not good to change default debian dependencies to debian 
unstable. IMO it should default to debian stable.

Would it also be possible to add "make deb-sarge" or "make deb-etch".

Maybe we should remove "make deb" at all and prompt a warning that the 
use should use the exact deb version.
