Summary: Change Parse Error logging to L_WARN

Initial Comment:
The following patch changes almost all parser logging to L_WARN level since the new error_route functionality is available. With error_route handling the script writing now gets calls when parse errors occur so we don't need to log everything with level L_ERR to syslog.

The patch don't apply any more, due the logging system changes.
